Our History

Own NY was founded by Jody Desnoyers in year 2016. In 2018 we opened a brand new office in Williamsville, NY that housed more than 16 agents. In 2019, Own NY was purchased by long time agent Aimee Cooper. Aimee has 20+ years of experience in the industry and a vast knowledge of the ins and outs of the business. Own NY has been growing at an astronomical rate since its inception in 2016 and continues to grow by increasing agents, sales and our rankings in the Wester New York Area.
